  17. To properly install version 1.1, do the following:
  18.  
  19. • Replace your old "Missions of the Reliant! v1.0" game application with the new application (version 1.1).
  20.  
  21. • Run the "Main.rsrc patch" application. It will automatically patch your copy of the Main.rsrc file to make it compatible with version 1.1.
  22.  
  23. • If you are running System 7.1 or later and do not have Apple's Hardware System Update extension installed (v2.0.1 or later), drag the Hardware System Update extension into your Extensions folder.

  25. • The rest of the files can be dragged into your Missions! folder. The new game documents should replace the old copy.

  27. Please remember that all game files should be kept in one folder, and that you should NOT throw out any of the old resource files (Main.rsrc, Planet.rsrc, or Crew.rsrc). Simply follow the directions above, and version 1.1 of Missions! should be up and running.
